When we are on the runner expressly at night why must all my teammates want to help with imagination? Like i really need eloquence in late game but having a hard time doing that.

A book on airship. Sometimes you give speeches in town, get it plus imagination . Dont worry, towards end lots of ways to raise it fast. Few quest to.

Theres a book you can spam while in the runner but your main source of Eloquence should be beating the other contenders on the debate podiums, that way you don't have to waste your runner turns on Eloquence boosts

Yeah, you can just reread books infinitely with no penalty.
