The Atlus 35th Digital Anniversary Edition
Do we have any idea if any of the additional content will need an exe to view the art and music?

The soundtrack you can play directly on Steam. The artbooks I don't know. The other stuff like BGMs and costumes can be accessed in-game.

Is there a source for this? I don't want a repeat of what happened with persona 3 reload LMAO.

it will be same like Reload, they already done kind of .exe stuff since P5 Strikers, don't expect any different treatment for this one
