Unsupported CPU. Phoenix 2 requires a CPU that supports SSE4 and F16C.

We are aware that some cpu's still experience incompatibility and we're using Early Access to work on this. Could you please make sure AVX2 is enabled in your BIOS? We've had some cases where it was disabled.
