Satelite Reigns, is OK, I put in a few dozen hours.
It's a similar flavour to SCBL (your team vs. dystopian, cyberpunk, corrupt world etc.). But it plays a lot different and doesn't have the added fantasy elements that make make the SR universe special.

so, what kind of games would you recomend?
i really would love to play similiar games like SCBL.

Cyber Knights: Flashpoint is a team-based cyberpunk heist game heavily influenced by Shadowrun (but without the magic). It has cybernetics, base-building, Matrix decking, a variety of classes, and NPC and faction management.
It's in Early Access but it's not like some EA titles that seem to be forgotten by the developers; it gets several updates every week, which includes bug fixes and new content. They've added a new map every week since December. They still have a couple of classes to add, and there's lots of story content and gear on the way.
It's a very intricate, in-depth game. It's not going to be everyone's cup of tea but if you're a fan of Shadowrun it might be worth checking out.
