• Description - a complete statement explaining the problem
  
• Reproduction steps - actions you taken to encounter the bug
  
• Location - Specific level / boss fight / menus
  
• Visual evidence (if available) - Any screenshots or videos you may have
  
• Severity - Does the bug stop you from progressing in the game?
