With no issues. It doesn't seem poorly optimized to me. It looks great and runs great locked at 60 fps. I wonder if you have a driver issue or if there's an issue with 900 series GPUs.
Don't have issues with any game. They all run great @ 60fps. Its possible that the 900 series has an issue with this game. My drivers are up to date, so not sure what is going on really. Intersting to hear someone running it smoothly though. Have got a refund now which is a shame as i wanted to play it :(
You can fix the game by going into the Nvidia Control Panel
Click on manage 3D settings
Click on Program Settings
Make sure it has your graphics card selected for the graphics processor
Click on Add
These should be your settings:

Anisotropic filtering: Use global setting (Applicaton controlled)
Antialiasing-FXAA: Use global setting (Off)
Antialiasing-Gamma Correction: Use global setting (On)
Antialiasing-Mode: Enhance the application setting

Antialiasing-Transparency: Use global setting (Off)

In congested areas of the game were there was a lot of stuff on the screen I get 45 frames per second on average.
In uncongested areas of the game were there isn’t too much stuff on the screen I get 55 frames per second on average.
Before I did all of this I was getting 15 frames per second on average.
Please make sure to tell people about this fix because a lot of people don’t know how to fix the fps/lag.
