Time of day settings?

Upon completion of the game is there anyway to change or choose the time of day like the first game allowed? I don't want to play in the evening from here on out.

I know the time of day does chance. It will slowly turn from light to day automatically from here.

Are you sure about that? I see no change, and the game does not appear to have a day and night cycle at all. It merly changes with story events.

it stays on the time of day. the only time it changes is when you head back home then back to the city.

I played for a while swinging around the city for at least an hour and saw no noticeable change in the daylight. I went home, then came back to Manhattan and it was the same time.

when you beat the game, that's how you change it, if you're still working through the story, the time of day stays like that for the respective story mission.

Alright, it does work but there's no choice this time. The longer you stay at home the different time it will be when you get back to the city. Weird. Pretty crappy considering the first game gives a clear option.

i tried hanging out at home for a while and it didn't do anything, but i chose a mission where it was night during the mission, and then quit the mission, and when i came back it was night instead of day. cooincidence?!
...yeah probably. but it might be worth checking out
