What I mean by blurry is the character's clothes in the game are all blurry including spider-man's suits

Turn down texture quality. Also try lowering draw distance. If the first doesn't work then the two combined might let your system fully load textures fast enough. This occurs in some games when textures are still loading (most notable in Borderlands 2). If it is related to the blur setting which I doubt turn that down or off. If none ofthis solves it then it may be a glitch. Verify integrity of game files.

I think its a common thing that needs to be fixed in an update or report it to activision or something.

Seems that I cant report, because it says only U.S in the game page. Also, I can't find any way to do it.

Which if you type up the amazing spiderman 2 pc blurry graphics it should be the first thing to come up

It makes the graphics slightly better according to the people who made it.
