I had to install the game and try login to WBID in a game. But I cannot logging in my WBID.

Everytime I try to logging in my WBID (in a game), the following message is displayed.


-INVALID REGION-

"you cannot create or login with your WBID due to regional restriction. if you believe this is an error, please contact support at http://support.wbgames.com ."


Who knows the solution to this problem?

Hello,

WBID is meant to only function in specific countries/regions. Where are you located?

I'm in Poland. WBID in Arkham Origins worked great. Here it says about restrictions.

I'm in Republic of Korea.

I don't believe this issue is a my region and my WBID account issue. This issue is Blackgate problem.

I tried my WBID account logging in the Arkham Origins from my country, and it without any problem perfectly successfully login. But I cannot login the WBID in the Blackgate.
