Anyone figured out how to make a feminine male?

I can't figure out how to make a male twink/femboy. All i can think of is making a female character with a somewhat masculine voice.

Just shrink the shoulders and design for a lean midriff. the game doesn't let you go beyond reasonable photoreal proportions so you can't go full guilty gear 2 Bridget. You'll also want to put more work into doing the face custom, since while there is a pretty diverse cast none of them are exactly GNC. I'd suggest starting from a young-looking male face and then using the detail sliders to soften them up some.

Also, use real photo references instead of art, since those are more likely to show you something you can mimic in-game. And try to avoid pictures with makeup. Makeup deliberately hides a lot of the facial contour which will make it harder to study and replicate.

Yeah i have been trying to do that but man he ends up looking too skinny like a skeleton, i hope someone makes a slider soon that we can use as a base and go from there. I'd be really grateful if someone made that.

It's probably because you're underestimating how thick the torso really is, even for people who train for femininity. It's about relative size; the waist is only cynched a bit due to working it down to low fat to reveal the muscle shape, and then it looks even narrower due to the wide hips right below it

I think it would be faster for you to show a male character of yours and have the community give you advices and then, step by step, get what you desire.
