Is it just me, or the upper and lower lips are misaligned?
Probably too baby-ish, try adding a difference of depth from the upper and lower cheek. The face also isn't flat in the front, it's curved even if that curve is less steep than the back of the skull. You've pretty much aligned all of her features on a flat plane.

it could be, there are quite some asymetrical things on some of the faces.

Adjust facial depth and facial height, lower the eyes a tad and decrease the neck thickness and trap size. That should get rid of the egg head look.

That's pretty natural and not why a face might look uncanny, everyone's face is asymmetrical.

Draw a mental line from nose to chin

Now make sure everything touches that line..... but only by a pixel, if you overlap = too far

I think you are not far off to be honest, but being even slightly off can cause uncanny valley effect for us humies

True.
I think you should lower a tiny bit the eyes.
You should also try to lessen the fat on the cheeks to make the cheekbones more pronounced.

I must say it looks a lot better. Raised the face, pushed lower cheeks in a bit, pushed mouth in, thinned neck, increased head depth, lowered eyes and what not^^' I still ahve a bit of tweaking to do to get it 100% but I think im on the right track now. Definitely looks a lot better than before :D

Make eyes smaller. Keep 1 eye distance between each eye. Make nose less bulbous. Make jaw less defined/less masculine. Make the face softer. Make pupils slightly bigger, reduce the iris size until the top and bottom is just overlapped by the eyelids. Make top lip thinner (you can do this by changing skin). Make the eyes centre of the face, or slightly below if you want a more feminine featured character (eye centre is from top of head to middle to bottom of chin - it's natural) (lower eyes = more feminine, higher eyes = more masculine).

Overall not a bad job, just need to tweak it a bit. Play around with skin and skin colour options for different complexions that can make your character look more realistic.

Features might be a bit too spread apart.
Especially think it might be that the eyes are too high up.

my thing with skin colors are.. this is literally the only one that doesnt make my character look like they have some kind of skin disease... every other skin color makey my character 3 different colors in a like dotted pattern... this is the only skin complexion that looked reasonable.

The skin is fine. You could use some makeup with reduced opacity to give some subtle colors to the face.

Try base skin 11 and skin colour 9 or 59. Those combinations worked for both of the characters I created. You can also layer on makeup, like blush, and make it close to skin colour to reduce texture.

idk, I kinda like base 27 and 8 that I have here. The lips, imo, are fine since the char is going for the Half-Asian vibe.

Lips look fine imo, a larger upper or bottom lip both aren't at all unheard of. Control over the skin tone is a little harder since this is all based off of scans of real people who already have their own tone. Modifying it will always look a bit off just due to all the nuance of the face and how much detail carries over from the scan.
