You cant grasp basics of anatomy at same level as you cant stop yourself from posting a clueless comment.
Look at your eyes in the mirror then compare them with eyes in the game.
You will notice your eyes are more round unless you are asian.
Dwarves are generally not portrayed as asians.

I remember playing DA and having this one dwarf pawn some dude made that had a crazy deep voice, honestly kept catching me off guard with it he was super weak but fun to have around. really sad I won't be able to have anyone like that now so I get you OP.
