mpeg4 export problem

i have a 28 minutes project made with full hd gameplay recording.the project is separate in 6 separate part that i combine in magix edit.till yesterday i was able to export in mpeg4 without any problems,but yesterday when i tried to export it again ehrn i chose mpeg4 is always said that the export have failed and watch my cmputer memory.i have 350 gb free space.before i had the same amout of memory and it was working fine and now its not working anymore.i even tried t export only 5 minutes of my project and its said the same thing export failed watch memory or choose an other export format.can someone cn help me please

Do you still get an issue if you select a different export format?

If it is just MPEG4, then I would recommend to try going to the Encoder Settings. Go to File - Export Movie - Video as MPEG4. Then go to Advanced and on the next screen select Advanced Video settings. In the AVC Preset.

In the AVC Preset, set the format that you want like Blu Ray HD. Then click on Restore Defaults (very important to reset the changes). Then click on Apply and OK and try to export again.

If that still does not help, then I would recommend to contact support directly at the MAGIX Support website.
