Report a translation problem
If it is just MPEG4, then I would recommend to try going to the Encoder Settings. Go to File - Export Movie - Video as MPEG4. Then go to Advanced and on the next screen select Advanced Video settings. In the AVC Preset.
In the AVC Preset, set the format that you want like Blu Ray HD. Then click on Restore Defaults (very important to reset the changes). Then click on Apply and OK and try to export again.
If that still does not help, then I would recommend to contact support directly at the MAGIX Support website.
