[Problem] Blackscreens and Frames were thy shouldn't be!

So when I put in a File to edit it works fine. Until I start to cut it or move it around, which quite frankly is necessery to edit. It starts to move around random frames, like a frame that has been shown at the start would suddenly show up somewhere mid-video or it would just have a bunch of black frames which makes the video look like it flickers. I already contacted the Support at Magix but that was a pain in the ass for itself. And clearly didn't solve my issue.
It worked well up until like a month ago and it's just really annoying if you try to make quality content and the Software ♥♥♥♥♥ you over!
I use FRAPS to record if that might be the issue but I had the problem with OBS as well... Anyway, posting it here to see if someone encountered the same problem or if someone knows a fix to it. Like I said it worked fine until recently and I always used FRAPS.
