"This town is a mess. Can anyone do anything about these damned demons?"
Concerned man in his 60s - if i remember it word for word.
But it doesn't even narrow down an area to focus on. None of the descriptions give specific info on where to start.
Now i chose locked out and it says to go to the area in question. I must be missing something because no area is marked on the map and the description doesn't say where to go.
In your menu screen you should see at the top of screen your primary objective description, this will be highlighted in yellow there and on your map.
For secondary objectives / side missions you will see the description of what you need to do under the primary objective at top of the screen and will be highlighted in purple there and on your map.
The side missions tend to either have a specific point in purple, or it may highlight an entire biome, or it might be a very large purple circle spanning a number of rooms in which you need to search. Sometimes where it asks you to kill or fetch things there may be no indication on the map, it just means you can search for whatever the mission is asking for any where... e.g. kill 10 red demons... just find red demons and kill 10 of them etc etc.
Thank you for the extremely helpful response!
I am doing the 2nd quest and I can now see the purple circle on the map where i need to search for the key. Knowing this now will make the quests SOOO much easier.
No problem, should be pretty straight forward in most cases.
