Struggling to find Kappa

I've beaten the game and now I don't know where to find kappa anymore. I'm trying to do all my side quest so the traitor quest pops up. Does anyone know where some are?

underwater. they are in underwater areas.

Warp to the PC terminal where X gives you his requests, and jump into the water. they're right underneath it, even after you drain the water from the other areas.

Thanks Zetto156, thats what I needed. I had already drained the water out.

There is a point in the game where that water is no longer there, but thank you for your input
