just find someone green & kill them. Any will work, as long as they are primarily green.

The green fire floating enemies count. If you recall where you first encounter the jetpack, that area has 3~4 of them for ease.

For anyone checking this in the future, the Castle Deck area (upper part of the middle map section) should have some of every color demon that you need to kil for the side quests.
