I believe the room that is just outside the save room to your east has a jetpack you can put Lux in. You'll then have to make your way all the way back to that tower to fly up with it. Note: You can't warp and keep the jetpack

I actually got it with the high double jump. It highlights the square above. Then after a while it loses its purple and I warp back and repeat till I had the top square filled in. Then when I warped back I dropped right on top of it
