Customers Getting Stuck

Since this update, maybe half or more of my customers have been getting stuck on the racks and won't leave or pick up any items for the rest of the day. When I end the day, they do disappear. However, this proves an issue because I'm losing a lot of profit from them. Please fix.

not a bug its engine pathfinding problem. When setup shelves and other, look at the white lines if this placement line touch other shelves white line your problem begin. Cause of that I re-place all my shelves and from that time no custemer or stocker stuck some where including storage area.

I have the same issue and it’s extremely annoying as most of them already have 5-10 items in their bags that I will ended up losing the profit. Although I found a temporary fix. I noticed if I restock the item they are stuck in front of, it fixes the issue and they continue shopping and eventually cash out. I leave the stuck sims usually to the end of the day after 9pm as I’m not busy and I have time to restock in peace , I also buy twice as much of everything so I have enough to restock and they can cash out and leave. Hope this helps to anyone having the issue.

Also worth trying to clear and reassign all the labels on the shelf. It happens with the restocker getting confused and thinking the old label is still on that shelf when it was replaced (not cleared) with another item. I imagine maybe the npcs are also seeing the old item label.
