Customers getting stuck and not buying

The customers when you are missing an items keep walking one on top of each other. I assume is because I am missing an item

i spotted it too and it still happens when the shelfs are full.

it's like the NPCs are stuck in picking animation and then they are having a stroke.

my NPCS can buy through walls and pay outside the shop at the moment.

Seen this also seems to straighten out after ending day, though seems quite frequent.

I've got customers walking around shopping on the sidewalk and in the street. Acting normally otherwise, they're just doing everything 50 feet to the north and west.

its super annoying, right now i have 14 customers stuck trying to pick out water.

If anyone still has this issue, I stopped putting the same products on other shelves the same height. Stack your overflow or shelves from top to bottom not left to right if that makes sense. For some reason when you have the same products on the same horizontal shelves/level it confuses the NPCs (Also make sure you keep things in stock or they will do this as well)
