Customer won't stop searching around store

Customers will not check out and will continue to "search" for something throughout the store all day. Customers will be searching from open to close. I have tried restarting the game and it does not fix it.

This happens to me too; I tried logging out and back in but the problem doesn't fix. Please fix this bug.

it happened to me as well the customers just end up walking around taking stuff and searching for other stuff but not checking out. It made me lose so much money

Not a bug, it's just the scale - you need to buy a scale for people to weigh the vegetables and fruit :)
