Customers getting stuck in the doorway

For some reason when multiple customers come in at once, some get stuck in a walking motion for at least a minute or until a another new customer comes in and take there place in being stuck in the doorway. Especially at night for some reason, there will be like 5 people stuck in a walking motion at the entry. Also it seems like the customers get caught in a walking motion whenever they pick up and item and at check out.

I was going to ask if that happened to other people or was that just me? I know my laptop isn't the best to play games on, so I thought maybe it was my laptop, but I kind of feel better that I'm not the only one this is happening to

It's happening to me too, you are not the only one. I've had issues with customers stuck in place walking into the self check outs, but after the most recent update they are piling up in the door way and getting stuck. They slowly start to go into the shop one by one, but it's every day. In the hopes that it's just the application loading wrong I've tried saving, closing it and then continuing the save, but it's still happening. Other than this, great update.

I'm also stuck with the same problem, it's basically made the game nearly unplayable the second the store opens. They're suspended in the doors, shelves, and cashes. The re-stockers also get stuck at the trash and outside, so now you get complaints for missing products.
