Customers shopping from outside the store

Please someone help me fix this issue! My customers are grabbing items off the shelves from outside my store. Then they are walking in and lining up in my storage room to purchase the items. How to fix this bug or glitch?

my shoppers cannot come into the store but are going into stock room.. This has happened since I expanded my store

I have the same problem since today!
Customers take products from the shelves and also go to the checkout and pay. BUT they are outside the shop. They are standing in front of the shop window.

I found the solution! I moved my cash register somewhere else and all customers were able to enter the shop again! Try it out. Something is in the way of the customers. The cash register or a shelf.
