Borderline Unplayable Stuttering

I'm about roughly 15 - 20 days in and the stuttering is becoming almost unplayable. Game runs mostly fine during off hours with only the occasional stutter but once the store is open, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Almost every single time my cashier scans an item, game freezes/stutters. Almost every single time my cashier processes payment and checks someone out, game freezes/stutters. Almost every single time a car goes by, game freezes/stutters.


No idea what's going on as the demo for the game ran fine, and the full version of the game ran fine up until i started getting into the later days and expanding my store more. My computer is more than strong enough to run this and it's installed to an NVMe SSD so i'm confident it's not on my end. But this is awful, literally every 1-3 seconds my game is freezing up for 0.5 - 1 second at a time and it's pretty much almost unplayable at this point.
