Self checkout vs Cashier, rebalancing required

Summary: Right now, self checkout is much better than hiring a cashier. Since their checkout time is equivalent you can directly compare the cost. I recommend increasing the cashier checkout speed.

So the self-checkout line will pay for itself 3.75 days. The self-checkout also has a smaller footprint.

In reality, self checkout lines are much slower than a dedicated cashier (I check out quicker but, i've worked at a grocery store before).

Suggestion:
I would speed up the cashier's checkout speed to give them more value.

Right now, the only reason to get cashiers is for the aesthetic.

I agree but I think it's important to remember that self-checkout is very new and that this game is still in EA. Alot can change in the future to help balance it.
