Chat box for customer 'complaints' in game.

Adding something like a drop down chat box at the top of the screen to log the customers complaints would be great. I've found that I miss a lot of things because I'm on the computer trying to stock my store. I often times miss the "Couldn't find this item" and "This item is too expensive for me"

I'm thinking a drop down type chat box where it only has the previous 10 or so complaints, and you can use a hotkey to open it. It will drop down and show the previous complaints as they're coming in.

If that's not real enough for a simulator game then maybe a tab on the computer where you can go to see what the complaints are. I just know I often miss the items that have price changes at the beginning of the day, and I don't have the patience to scroll through all the stuff in the market looking for the little arrows. Real life stores sometimes have surveys on the bottom of the receipts, so it could be possible in a simulator game.
