Suggestion: Employee Happiness

Hey! I have a suggestion for a future update: managing your employees' happiness. It could be affected depending on how much you're paying them and how often you allow them to take breaks (the latter would make more sense if the shifts were longer). If they're unhappy, this would affect their productivity on checkout by working much slower and maybe even giving wrong amounts of change to customers. On the other hand, if they're happy they would do their activities more swiftly.
