- Add video surveillance:
Allows you to monitor theft attempts while at the checkout. The screen would be located to the left of the shopping bag.

- Add an action on "theft suspicion" customers:
By right-clicking on the customer, we could suspect them of theft.

If the theft has been committed: (reward)
ȯ Either he pays 3x the price of the entire shopping trip
ȯ 3x the price of the stolen product
ȯ Involve the police and fine him (to be decided).
ȯ Next day more customers will arrive at the store

If the theft was not committed: (Penalty)
ȯ Customer leaves with groceries unpaid
ȯ Customer leaves without groceries
ȯ Next day, fewer customers will come to buy
ȯ Merchandise delivery will cost the store 3x more

in my opinion, having worked in retail, I think it's important to be able to add this kind of event to add a bit of action to the game.

I think it's a great game with good potential. I just hope you'll exploit it properly.

then it's up to you if you want to add it as DLC.
