pallet/crate and mark shelf to not be restocked

having a pallet or crate to move a racks-worth of boxes at once would be a great QoL features. I also think an ability to mark shelves to not be restocked would help rearrange shelf use for when you start wanting to either;
1. increase the amount of shelf space per product and...
2. rearrange product shelving, for when you want to arrange products into aisles with different product categories like irl supermarkets for example.

atm you have to either fire the restocker, do some box wizardry, or completely run out of a product to clear a shelf to free it up for other products, which isn't ideal imo

additionally, an option to set a shelf space for a specific product so that the restocker will let the shelf empty naturally then restock it with the new product would be even better

And also a centralised place (probably on the computer) to change the prices of products would be really great for QoL too

I'd like to be able to tell my stocker to wait. There are times when I am rearranging products but because of his default programming, he'll start restocking a shelf just because I took items from it.
