Movement Stutter
Has anyone figured out how to reduce the lag. I'm not talking the lag we all get when the lights get turned on. My entire game from beginning of the day to end has the movement super laggy. I have an overkill PC that isn't struggling to play this game and even went so far as to reduce the settings. Nothing helps. It is barely playable. I have nothing running in the background so even if my PC was struggling there would be nothing to close to help.

I don't know if it's the same as what I had, but if you have a controller plugged in and you're playing on keyboard/mouse I noticed it seems to be favoring the controller instead. After disconnecting the controller I had no movement issues.

I have same issue when the lights go on and think its due to shading/reflection issues..
Also woman with red hair has a texture bug as well..

I have accidentally found something that works. Its going to sound weird but I'm just not going to question the result. I have a youtube video playing in the background and all the movement stuttering has smoothed out enough to be playable. Video ends and the stuttering comes back so I just have a playlist on at .75 speed with the volume way down. I chose a smaller channel that I enjoy so that the playback supports them while they are helping my game playable.

This works :p
I dont have "the lag when we turn the lights on". idk whats causing it and its even weirder that a video on the background helps

switch to window mode in the game settings and you dont need a video in the background :)

Window mode has an ugly header on top. I personally wanted borderless window, although my game does not have the stutter problem
