having severe pathing issues with customers!

So i love the game, been playing for a few hours now. At the end of every single day i'm having roughly 8+ customers stuck walking between shelves constantly not picking up the items they are looking for. Moving shelves.. Moving items... Nothing is working to stop them so i'm missing out on profits every single day hampering progress

Have you tried exiting and restarting the game? I usually restart and exit to either menu or desktop often while playing to reset any wonky behavior from customers and staff.

How far exactly are you in?

I had this happen to me and when I put down a second register they all came to me.. they were waiting to checkout because the line was long and were congregating in this corner.. like 4-6 of them.
