cant get my stocker to work

hi, i need help as i have my stockroom with boxes of products on the racks and have hired a stocker. my employee wont work even when i open the shop and i have noticed that my SELs arent appearing on the rakcs like other peoples, which could be the problem. Pls someone help. love this game though!!

My stocker isn't working, either. He just stands outside and does nothing.

Hello. I think you are putting the boxes in the rack using "Drop (G)" function. I am doing the same mistake earlier. Instead, try to pick up the box and just click the empty rack so the box and label will automatically be placed. The stocker will also move once you have placed the boxes properly.

Save the game and load it again. This usually helps. I have problems if I move the store or the warehouse while they are working. Saving and restarting then helps.
It can also be that they are blocked (for me it was the computer in the warehouse) and then they can no longer reach the back shelves.
Maybe this will help.
Also check whether the label on the shelf in the warehouse matches a label on the shelf in the store. For new goods, you must manually place a product everywhere (store) and have at least one box in the warehouse.
