Stocker Stuck

this happened after the hot fix of the restocker update

I think your space between your racks is too tight. Try to get more space and try again.

I moved the selves over the stocker was facing over from the far wall and he stop getting stuck but if the shelf with the boxed item in his hands gets move or removed by boxing he will delete the box even if there is product in the box.

That's probably coding error. Just move them when the store is close to avoid losses.

stocker gets stuck at front of shop. maybe has something to with tickets being on the shelf?

my game is stuck on mainmanu and both continue and start new game option is not working

Move the shelf, he follows it from space to space in stock room. I hold higher, he walks off, I put it down, and he just walks back into stock room and stands in front of shelf. Well, moved one of products to another shelf, deleted tags, and then he moved. So spaghetti and pasta not together anymore. lol

Any luck solving it? My stocker is stuck just like that. I fired him 2x and hired again, Im just losing my money here :(

I fired one stocker stuck to the shelf and another took his place. Fired him and the last one took his place. I fired all and moved shelves, rehired and then they just stood where they load in and did nothing

My stocker seems to get confused when I change the location of a product. He's standing in front of the peanut butter with a box of bread and can't get why zero breads on the shelf is okay.

It has to do with the labels on the shelf. Remove some products (or relocate them) and remove labels. He should start moving again. Same thing can happen with store shelves

Here stuck on a rack not even close to something else... restart plat 4min and stuck again

It seems to start when you change a label to a different product. I had Pasta on a particular shelf and switched it to rice. Now periodically when my stocker goes to restock the pasta he gets stuck in front of the rice shelf holding a pasta box. If I remove some of the rice into a box and put it back on he will then go to the pasta shelf and start stocking. I believe it is a coding error.
