What files should I copy? I'm scared I'll lose my current game, it's my girlfriend's
/home/pc/.steam/debian-installation/steamapps/compatdata/2670630/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/LocalLow/Nokta Games/Supermarket Simulator/
Windoze users will have something similar as long as you find your main steam folder, the rest will be the same.
Make a "Backup" folder in there, add subfolders called whatever you like "Attempt1", "Current", and copy "SaveFile.es3" and the other 2 files into 1 of the folders you make so you retain a copy, then just delete the original "SaveFile.es3" and you can start again, if you need to swap, just move/copy as you need, either copying the current save or copying back 1 of your backups so it is current, in my case i made a Symbolic Link/Shortcut to this folder location so i can more easily get to my savefile/backups and try new things without ruining my current game.
