Customers Not Entering Store

My game will not work. The customers will not enter the store when open. I have re booted the system and game many times, still with no luck. So I currently have a game I can't even play! Any ideas on how this can be fixed???

Guys. It's a door problem! I had this too, solved by moving the door (no, I haven't moved it before, but still...). After that, it was fixed. It does cost 700, but after that you can play

I had the same problem but it solved itself once I expanded the store to the left of the front door. All customers now enter the store as they should.

As usual, navigation issue. Game is full of it.
Luckily, there is always some kind of workaround.

The customers wont enter my store aswell, its almost like the games turning into from supermarket simulator, to the superbored simulator

i had that issue for a while
i ended up moving the cash registers a bit and they started to enter the store again
it was probably something with the lineups being too close to each other were the lines overlapped in a way
