In my opinion the amount of customers are abit high. Way high, ''you suppose to be small store'' at early game. but 10 rushes in within an hour? you empty xD

midgame when 2 cashier, with 8 shelfs. it becomes empty in less then 2 mins.
feels like 20 customers per hour is arriving, for the game its way high.

reduce by 50% and it would be easier maintain, or Add a value we can change =))))))))

That's odd because I feel like I don't get ENOUGH customers. Sounds like you're falling behind on restocking?

Yes, restocking falling behind crazy. it feels like 2-3 hours after new day. store is maxed of customers. shelfs gets empty in milisec. some of them take 3-6 same things
and some of them take up to 20 items in total. after 2 hours ingame after new start. i have over 20 customers litterly trying line up on 2 cashier. after 2 more hours the store is like chaos xD

maybe its just the savegame. but right now. its way to much, i got 3 restockers atm. i been trying get restockers up. and toons of shelfs. it is helping but i have to order 10, order10, repeat 50times. then entire street full of goods before nightfall. and then i restock. open, over 14 shelfs empty after the day is done . and thats with even trying refill during day. and before 7 am i go crazy on shop

not a single dull moment, i can't even get in to the cashier slot. since resoursers run out so quickly. its like only time i have chance to sit, its at opening then its empty and back to buy and up on storage shelfs. while they put it up in the store. but i do help on that aswell. but i donno. i focused on expanding and storage, only had 2 license but i gone up to 5 now. but still. they still take same amount of same type. but it feels like 6 people arrive after 10-15min ''ingametime'' and after 2 hours store is like army of customers. i just want 1-4 customer per hour or something nooow i wanna be ''small store'' ''not only store in london for example''

haha, sounds like a really lovely situation. because i want that feeling. but all i do is order and order.

honestly, i think you are not organizing it right. With 8 shelves you don´t need even 1 cashier. you can do everything yourself and much faster.

have patience with development. build up some stock, expand your store, buy more shelves than you need whenever you have a chance and only hire cashiers when you see that you can´t keep up with the queue on a regular basis anymore.

not sure we playing same game, but they clean out the shelf's in matter on 1 in-game hour.
or my game is bugged and spamming to much customers.
because when i been watching some streams, they have alot less people then me. so thinking of remaking new save and test it out my self.

When do you do your ordering and restocking. Days can get busy, try and get your shelves stocked before you open. What lvl are you? If you are lvl 15 you can hire a restocker at 22 you can hire 2, wich means you just need to stock your storage.
How many shelves do you have pr item? Until I get the second restocker I have 4 shelve spots pr item, (2 items pr full shelf). Toilet paper and 6 stacks of milk get a full shelf each. After you get your storage sorted and 2 restocker you can probably go down to 2 shelf spots for each item. Basically, unless you have restocker try and get a whole day worth of supply before you open the store.
