how do i open my storage door?

i paid for the storage and even upgraded the room size and the door says LOCKED and i cant figure out how to get into it. help please????

When expanding the warehouse, the door opens automatically.

The main door with the first expansions are on the outside next to the store door.

you need to get to section 3 to have the door open

Before you unlock storage section 3, you should put a shelf just to the left of the door. Once unlocked, the door will clip into the shelf, but it should be fully functioning.
