Deleting or buyback furniture

Is there any way to sell or delete furniture you've bought and already placed? For example - I bought a 2nd cashier without realizing I could get the "mirror" version which would make for better customer traffic. Also bought a small fridge at first since that's all I could afford at the time but I want to replace it with a double fridge.

Hold and select the furniture you want to sell. Press C to box it up. Press and hold F to sell it. You get 50% of the purchase price back.

Instead, unless you really need the cash, just box it up and put it on the other side of the street to use later.
