Seems to be caused by removing a product tag while they were in the "grab" mode, or "place/restock" mode. You should be able to add the tag back and it'll fix them.

Yeah, I'm having the same issue. They will go to a corner of the shop and go to pick something up, and then they'll randomly get stuck in a moving position. Removing and putting back the shelf or fridge doesn't work, they just follow the object you're moving. The AI gets confused and stops working.

Try to see if there is an item sold out by them. If another NPC grabs an item they were meaning to grab and it sells out, they freeze, but if you replenish it, it unstucks them and they'll grab it. hopes this helps.

the goods appear at the checkout, but I don't see the NPS so I can take the money  I'm pausing this game until it's fixed

ohmygoooood, the game crashes after a while. for example after a lot of boxes to put in place or after a stressfull day with alot of customers, the whole game crashes without me saving the game manually..... eeeeeh :(( im frustrated

and yes, i have the same problem with restock people to get stuck and freeze in the storage room :)

Are they doing that to an empty spot on the shelf? I have to restock the item, or end the day. So i lose the items they had already picked up and they never check out. Much sad

The easiest fix for the issue when it presents is to save and restart the game.

It tends to happen when you remove or change the product on a shelf that the worker is heading to restock in my experience, so I'm careful about making sure that doesn't happen for now. I'll usually grab any boxes of items I'm moving shelves from my storage racks and put them on the floor so they aren't restocked while I'm changing things.
