I have 2 self checkout stations and I do not even have a self check helper.. I have to run over and do it .. I dont see anywhere to even Hire one

You'll find them below the restockers in the computers hiring section, just have to scroll down :)

I have three self checkers and prefer to do the customer help myself as well as clean/restock [with my restockers] and my own till station.
