Labels Disapearing from storage racks

When the last box of an item is removed from the storage rack, the label is disappearing. Then the restockers are standing outside saying the racks are full.

did you check the restocker options as shown in this update?

one of the new ones is for restockers to remove labels when they grab the last box

I did see that, but it did not change anything. I've restarted the game to see if that worked but nothing yet.

Its a setting with the restockers. You need to turn the option off and it will keep the shelf empty with the label.

Now I don't have any labels on my shelves.
And what do I do now?
You could have at least made this option disabled by default.

Exactly..now we have to figure out WHICH item is missing...should have focused on allowing a listing of detail items that customers couldnt find or find overpriced. instead of having ot watch the damm screen ....

Wait do you guys order stock based on what is missing from the back? I do mine based on how much total stock I have by scanning my shelves on the floor. So I guess for me it doesn't matter what is or is not in the back. I tell my stockers to remove labels and to fill empty shelves and then just scan my merch based on whats on the sales floor.

but ALSO agree that If they add a new feature it should be off by default.

Yes, I do my scanning from the back. I carry a lot of stock and it's semi organised. Wherever I see missing boxes, (the holes), I order x number of boxes.
