It is all RNG .. there is no specific time that You will get an offer, and some times the offer will be to Buy product from You, and some times it will be to Sell You product, I have not had back to back days with an offer, but I have had an offer one day, and then the third day another one, but I have also gone 3 days with no offers
the problem is.. all the Offers to Buy that I have seen is for very large quantities of an Item.. over 80 of a single item.. my max stock on any item is never above 40, I am certainly not going to stock 100 of any items .. just in hopes of getting a purchase offer for them, I dont have the room nor the money to leave 60 extra of an item sitting on my storage racks
and as for the Selling me items.. Meh, its never such an amazing offer that I feel it is of much benefit, I did purchase 5 cases of clotted cream, again.. not a huge savings on an item I dont sell much of typically.. but I wanted to try out the system, now if I could get an offer of like 25% or more savings on a bunch of Liquor or Sushi... then It would be worth it.. LOL
My sentiment, exactly. The wholesale feature was really poorly implemented and seemingly thrown in with little thought. I can't picture any meaningful impact these mechanics have on making/saving money for players, or any consideration for how the game's economy actually works. It just doesn't seem useful, interesting or even fun to engage with (unless clicking 2 buttons in a disconnected prompt is fun for you).
