The game is broken!
I spent a lot of time setting up the store, saving the game all the time. When I re-logged in, EVERYTHING I had placed (shelves and products) just disappeared. And the money I spent on it didn't come back either. It's just a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mess. What did they do with the game? How can I get it all back!? I see that many people have this problem. Will the developers fix this? And how are they going to return everything that was built? I've lost all desire to play this game! A lot of time wasted for nothing. And now I can't get the game back because I've played for 2 hours a long time ago. Total disappointment!

same problem
Furniture disappearing is a mod problem, make sure to delete any old mods you might have used (has to be manually, reinstalling doesn't fix it), furniture should be back as soon as all those files are gone

All mods removed and this did not solve the problem

yeah its from having mods in general, a lot of the updates will corrupt any save you had that has ever had mods installed. sadly you need to make a new store and stay away from any mods. it happened to me as well, but all is good now with no mods.

But I deleted all the mods and started playing, installed a lot of shelves and products, but when I re-entered the game it all disappeared anyway. I don't want to start over and over again every time

Check both folders (savefile folder and installation folder), I can guarantee you that there are still leftover mod files causing the disappearing furniture

I play with no mods and don't have issues with shelves and product.

no mods here, never had an issue.
I've never used mods and I had a similar issue when I started playing again after a few months recently.

Any time a box of product was removed from storage (by me or the restockers) and it was the last box, the product label would vanish and the restockers would get stuck holding the box. I stopped them from working and watched the product on the store shelves and the same happened there: last product taken off the shelf, the label would vanish.

there is an option in the management window to have stockers remove the label when last box is taken. Did you have this enabled?

There are options now for the stockers. One of them includes auto removal of the tag once a product is gone. I think it only effects the storage sheving though. But you can turn that option off. Go to the hired stocker and you should see all the options there.

Exactly. And each worker has their own settings.

Took me awhile but i got my stockers working perfectly how I want them. They used to stand around with boxes in their hands, after tweaking these settings they work great.
