Shopping Cart Symbol; What is it?

I keep getting this shopping cart symbol in the mid right of my screen, nearly off-screen. It has a green-to-yellow-to-red circle around it and it rocks slightly. It's also halfway off the screen and doesn't shift around the screen if I move around.
I do not have shoplifters turned on, so my first thought it could be that was unfounded when I double-checked my settings and nope, still turned off.
Also not customer's waiting on help as it happens even when no one needs help. Seems to happen once per game day and only started after the last update.
Any ideas? Should I be doing something with it? Ignoring it because it's just a glitch?

I tried clicking on it frantically with the mouse before and nope, nothing. I'll try it again next time, pushing 'P' on the keyboard. Wild that it is mostly off the screen and doesn't tell me what to push, I just have to magically know!

it's a wholesale thing but it's buggy AF. I only get asked to buy cereal and then if I accept it, the game crashes.

thank you... I was wondering what it was for also. Click on it and nothing. Are they still working on it or is it fixed? Maybe they should add a tab for it in the menu like they did for the speakers etc.

Thanks, I was wondering what this was. It works well for me except for the fact that after I accepted the offer the game seems to be running slower now so I won't be accepting anymore of these offers any time soon.
