Limiting FPS
Since I don’t need 160+ frames on a game like this I’d like to limit it to 60 to cut down on noise and heat from my pc however the settings in the graphics settings doesn’t limit the fps and limiting via AMD adrenaline makes the game extremely laggy. Is there no way to limit it?

i've heard from windows users that msi afterburner can help. (i use mangohud on linux, personally, but if you've got amd adrenaline you're clearly on windows so that won't help you)

Yeah I play on steam deck as well and I can limit it pretty easy there but I like using mouse and keyboard more when playing the game

nothing wrong with that. i use m&kb for this myself because i mostly treat it as an idle/incremental (with the run-in-background mod), and picking up the deck is tedious for that XD

yeah, if you use amd use the adrenaline software, or you use the nvidia equivelent.

should be able to find the games profile and limit the FPS

they already reported trying that and the game was apparently laggy. it's why i brought up msi afterburner as maybe worth trying

Yeah I limited it to 60 but the fps drops down to the 30s with a chugging feeling. I’m not sure why either because I’ve done this on other unity games with zero issues.

Okay so i think i figured out what I was doing wrong.
In amd adrenaline I set both the minimum and maximum FPS to 60 and it seems to have smoothed it out.
