How does tablet work with the stock numbers?

I'm not sure if I'm just dumb but I am confused when using the tablet. When you hover over an item's label the scanner shows a box with a number next to it and a little house with a number next to it and for the life of me I can't figure out what it means. Like is the bottom number with the house the total number I can support to have on shelves/in the warehouse? Because if that is the case the number's aren't adding up and I'm not sure if I am just missing something. Can someone explain what the symbols/numbers on the scanner mean when using the tablet?

Top number is how many in a box when you order it, bottom is how many items you have on hand

Edit: Don't feel bad, it took me a long time to figure that out too :P
