Restockers are so SLOW!
I'm maxed out on level and license and have 100+ customers per day. The stockers CAN'T KEEP UP! Honestly, it's keeping me from playing the game because even if I help it's takes 20-30 minutes to restock the store at the end of each day. Does anyone have any tips or ideas on how to address this?

I feel like there is only a few options at this time since this game is still very early in development.
Option 1 - Wait for hopefully an upgrade for both cashiers and restockers in an update in the future or
Option 2 - mods. There are some good quality of life mods available now for this game but with mods comes risk of breaking the game. its always a good idea to backup your game save before doing so

It would be nice if the game didn't pause when we open a web page or try to do something else on our computer while waiting for the restockers to finish their job. This long waiting time thing really needs some kind of improvement.

Maybe having more restockers would look more realistic than having 4 restockers running very fast. :D Then there would be more salaries to pay but there are so many products that restocking really takes time.

I am using a mod that automatically puts all delivered items in the stockroom so all of my stockers can focus on actual restocking, but I've seen so many discussions about mods breaking the game since this last update that I'm concerned about adding any more mods. I hope this is something the development team is considering for the next update. I feel like the last update was basically fluff, and hope the next one focuses on fixing what we have rather than adding things that doesn't really matter to the game play.

I have atleast 12 mods active now and it really improves the gameplay. There is a mod to fast forward the time so at the end of the night or morning before you open the store you can speed up the restockers but I haven't tried that one out yet. I did have one called Night Shift that when you ended the day the restockers stayed and restocked the shelves when you skipped to the following morning but i had a few issues with it so i just got rid of it

I use 30+ mods, most of them are QoL, some visual... This game have a lot of potential, but it's missing a lot of options/features that mods adds/improve.
There are a lot of mods that I would recommend, but in this case I would use at least this one: Employee Training Program[www.nexusmods.com]. Cashiers and restockers level up over time, and increase their speed and other stats.

I'm going to add that. If you have other recommendations, please share! :)

I wish I knew! My restockers could maybe keep up if all three of them didn't grab the same item to restock every single time lol. I hate the restockers. I feel like I need to help but I like being a cashier more.

Personally, I open the store while they're still restocking. But I also have the mod that lets me press L to send boxes to the storage, so I use that a lot. I'm not at max level, though; I just hit level 61. I do think one more stocker per set of licenses would be helpful.

On top of that, though, stockers need to be revamped so they're not trying to stock the same items. I have noticed, for example, if the potatoes are out, three stock boys will carry separate boxes of potatoes and try to refill the shelves. Only one of them needs to do that; the others can be elsewhere.

They also need to stop leaving 2 in every box. That totally messes up inventory.
