checkers and stockers way too slow..
i get that they cant be as quick as you but maybe at least have an option to "train"wich will cost some money and time and then they can be like 50% quicker?

cause right now i can handle the same work as 3 or 4 of them can do..

they're so slow they're almost not worth hiring....

I agree. They are a lot slower than i thought they would be, and i honestly feel like they are not even worth it sadly

There is a mod that speeds up the cashiers,

this should be a normal ingame thing though. they are too slow for the game. and it needs adressed so the developer can see it and change it so the gameplay is better.

Make them win xp and level up to make them faster, and train them to short-change people and stuff. Can't be that difficult to code.

This is why I help the restockers before I open the store and I still actively play one of the cash registers when things get backed up. Once the bulk of the restocking is done before I open, two restockers aren't too horrible (unless they get stuck somewhere - usually for me its been in front of the racks in storage).

But I agree with being able to train employees to be faster.

i havent hired a stocker ever.. i only have cashiers who do their thing while i stock up while customers are shopping and i join in on a register when things get busy.

i use the mornings before opening to peacefully buy and stock everything before i open.

I like the idea of training or promoting staff!
i don't mind it. IRL stockers also take breaks and aren't always stocking. They could be in the bathroom, bluffing the shelves, cleaning, talking to customers or friernds, on their phones, hiding, or just be working slow in general. The fact that the stockers work non-stop in the store like robots more than makes up for any slowness.

yeah nah.. if in any stores near me you act this slow you are fired on the spot.

i would just suggest having the option to be able to speed them up. that way we can have the stockers in a good tempo for the game and you can keep them slow.

If you change you store's name to ALDI they will go 10x's faster
