Customers getting stuck bug

Bug just started where people are getting stuck on middle shelf, they keep moving back and forth. It started with one and now on a new day its up to 3. I'm super early in the game, haven't even bought first store growth yet. Only have 2 shelfs and 3 freezers

ive been having the bug and its taken like $150 from me in the early game, still havent found a fix for it

I am in mid game and it also happens on other shelves and it is super annoying when 10 customers are stuck. The only solution i found is to remove the items from the shelf because then they search for the item in another shelf

The workaround I've found for this bug is to immediately sell both of your double shelves on starting a new game, buy a single shelf (the "half" one) and slowly work your way up from there, buying the single shelves as you need/can afford them. The customers don't bug out on the single shelves, as far as I can see. This will slow your progress somewhat, but I've also discovered that if you pace yourself really well and don't expand rapidly, you end up not getting overwhelmed by the too many products/not enough shelf space conundrum.

I have not tried this for the restockers, as I firmly believe the bugs with the restockers are completely separate issues, and I'm fairly certain that even the single shelves won't fix their issues. I didn't even purchase the storeroom on this playthrough, and I'm almost 30 days into it.

if the bug starts to happen save quit the game move your shelfs to the other wall, seems fine for awhile then around level 9 they start to get stuck on the register say its register is full then stand n do nothing can be fixed by moving register.

js but if they complain bout the register being full and if u have the cashier then just get a 2nd register to help

I found keeping boxes of all sizes in storage to remove product to unstick people, it works until this gets fixed.
