Stock Gun
Game desperately needs a stock gun to scan for ordering stock.

I don't play this game to play memory games. That's not fun, nor is running all over the place to see what you need to order.

Add a stock gun where you can scan the labels on shelves and add it to a data pad (the stock gun) which creates a list you can upload to the computer and then order that way by altering amounts etc.

There's a mod that does exactly this and it's a huge quality of life improvement.

Thanks, but I play on controller plus I rarely use mods, especially on a game this ropey. I would love to see it properly integrated into the game by the dev though as yes, it EXACTLY addresses the issue and it's a real life tool, not some sci-fi made up thing.

This is better than the idea I had to add inventory numbers on the computer. I think also being able to upgrade the amount of things you can buy at a time would be great as well.

Yeah, I don't quite get the point of limiting to 10 per order.

I also agree that the devs should add this to the actual game. I don't want to be modding an early access game. The whole point (imo) of early access is to work out bugs and to listen to the community on what they want in the game.

I've forgotten a few times and had to go back and "re-order" the things I need.

If I had to guess, it's because too many boxes be delivered at one place vertically could cause the boxes to fly off from funky collision. Pretty sure I've seen ppl post issues using mods going above the 10 limit and having boxes fall on roofs and become inaccessible. So limiting to 10 is just a band-aid fix until they work out a better delivery method.

When you get the storage room you could try and buy shelves in sets of 3. On the PC ther is 3 items on the top list, choko cerial, sliced bread and flower. This will go on the top shelf, 2 inventory slots for each. Under ther there will be oil, pasta and susu, powedered sugar. Then continue with the next set of purchase. Most product lines have 6 items, makeing it 2 product lines pr set of 3 shelves and its' easy to see what it's missing when they are in order.

PS: I have not tested if the restockers mess up this system with the new update though.
